Therapy for Moms & Women
If you’re here, chances are you’ve reached a place where cussing and crying no longer seem like enough. You’ve realized that all you’re really craving is community and connection with other moms or women who GET it. But most of all, you’re in need of connection with yourself to move confidently through womanhood or motherhood and to remember who you are OUTSIDE of being a mom or society’s expectation of being a woman.
You may feel like you’ve reached your low point and have come to a crossroads.
I see you as the heroine of your own life for the simple reason that you’re here on this page. You’ve decided the way things have been are no longer quite good enough for you and you’re ready to see what it looks like to take a hard turn, even if it’s scary, even if there’s uncertainty about growth and connection to self.
If these words resonate with you, then it sounds like what really matters in the here and now is for you to create a connection with SELF.
Who is she, this illusive SELF? She’s the creative part of you, the collected & courageous parts of you, the one who sees things clearly and moves through the world confidently. And dare I say, she’s maybe even the CALM part of you.

Welcome to a new immersive series. One that’s focused solely on YOU and is not geared towards teaching you how to be a “better” mom. Believe it or not, you’re already a great mom. Here, the focus is on reclaiming motherhood in a realistic, supportive, honest, and validating way!
This 3 week series of 5 sessions will include topics related to:
Reframing experiences of things like rage, sadness, & panic from mental health to evidence of the things we aren’t GETTING
Unburdening of shame and grief in motherhood
Rethinking balance as a myth and how this can be a helpful shift for us as mamas
Recognizing that those moments where we feel like we’re being “bad” moms, really is YOU trying to protect YOU
Learning how to allow your system to take care of you and to tend to the most vulnerable and small aspects of yourself
Together we will find the space between stimulus and reaction so you feel like you’re able to pause and approach with curiosity & more knowledge about your choice in a way that feels safe for you.
Reclaiming Motherhood Virtual Series Schedule:
Week 1: A 2 hour introduction session where we will get to know one another, learn the logistics of what will occur during our time together, and discover what various aspects of us are showing up in motherhood.
Week 2 (a): A 2 hour morning session in which we will spend more time getting to know individual parts of us as moms, map out their influence on us, and set intentions for our afternoon journey.
Week 2 (b): A 2 hour afternoon session. There is an optional low dose ketamine journey that will allow for a softening and easier engagement with those pieces of us that have been working the hardest to protect us. Use of ketamine is not necessary and you will be invited to engage in the provided meditative music instead. (The right kind of music has been known to be a powerful conductor for our brains that also allows for opening to new possibilities and a softening in engaging with difficult topics, similar to psychedelics.)
Week 2 (c): A 2 hour morning session later in week 2. We will review ketamine/journey experiences and how they have shown up in our responses to motherhood over the last couple days.
Week 3: A 2 hour morning session that will close out our time together. It’s been a full week since our journey’s and we’re gonna take a look at how we’re responding to previously triggering situations, as well as how we’re responding to ourselves now!
